Partner closely with Product Managers and External stakeholders to understand the new product offerings and recommend the right metrics to measure the impact. Conduct rigorous data analysis and present the findings and recommendations for key decision making. Proactively generate analytics insights on large data sets to help the product team to uncover the high-impact opportunities.
\n What you will doDefine and track product metrics to measure the health of products and product features.Design and run in A/B Experiments and iterate through them. Perform user behavior analysis from events data to identify the user friction points. Identify potential opportunities and communicate the areas to Product Managers. Collaborate with Engineering and Data Engineering to enable data tracking , resolve complex data issues. What you will need BS in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of working experience in an analytical role (data analyst / BI / data science / statistician, etc)Strong SQL skills with expertise either in Excel/Google Spreadsheets.Proficient in Experimental design and Analysis. Strong analytical thinking. Comfortable to translate problem statements into structured analytical solutions and share the insights.Proficient in creating data pipelines and automated dashboards either in Google Spreadsheets/Tableau/Looker/Quick BI.
