Product Analyst (For Getplus)

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as Product, Engineering, UI/UX, and Operations team.
2. Perform product research to understand specific audience needs together with UI/UX team
3. Assess all new technology to business and user needs
4. Handling proper implementation plan for new technology
5. Monitor the performance of products over their lifecycle
6. Analyze trends and pore through our data to provide insights about products
7. Convert product data and customer feedback into an actionable product plan

**Job Requirement**:
1. Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
2. Have min 3-5 years of experience in Product Management
3. Experience with SQL, Jira, Power BI, Tableu, object-oriented programming, and other technologies
4. Fluent in business process analysis and statistics
5. A collaborator, critical thinker, and problem solver
6. Pay strong attention to detail
7. Team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
8. Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
9. Willing to work from office in Jakarta (hybrid working)
