Product Analyst - Risk

**About the job**:

- Research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
- Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
- Leadership ability to manage a team of analysts

**About you**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst or product manager or programmer in a startup environment
- Solid technical background **(SQL is a must)** with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Extremely strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate in English
- Strong intuition for user behavior
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
