Product Consultant (Cx)

Job Description

Conducting market research to understand the target audience's needs, pain points, and preferences.

Gathering and analyzing customer data to tailor solutions to specific requirements.

Creating and sharing informative content such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and product demos.

Conducting live or virtual demos to showcase the product's features, benefits, and capabilities.

Providing personalized recommendations and solutions based on the customer's specific needs.

Proactively addressing any questions, concerns, or objections that potential customers might have.

Providing detailed explanations, case studies, and testimonials to alleviate doubts.

Working closely with sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition from presales to sales.

Sharing insights and feedback gathered during the presales process to help tailor sales pitches and proposals.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields.

Experience min. 3 years in Presales or Product Consultant

Having skills in presentation, sales, negotiation and problem solving.

Familiarity with the industry trends and customer pain points in Customer Experience products.

Having a good relations with vendor/third parties in Customer Experience products.
