Product Consultant (Is-Pc)

**Responsibilites**:

- Develop expertise in product knowledge and technical knowledge.
- Fix bugs and maintain existing products.
- Provide consultant services and support to our worldwide customers.
- Involve in internal and external development.
- Responsible for the entire learning process for customers.
- Perform product demonstrations for both prospective clients and existing clients as needed.
- Maintain support sites and community forum.
- Develop tutorial materials such as videos, blogs and knowledge base articles about Intersoft's products.
- Responsible for product testing and QA.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science or engineering, information system, or a related field of study. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in ASP.NET, C#, Java, HTML, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Have good passion and enjoy working with cutting-edge technology.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Hardworking and fast learner. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently, but within a team.
- Willing to travel.
- Preferably good oral and written English skill.
