**Job Description**:
- Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
- Suggest improvements to design and performance to product managers & engineers and collaborate with developers to ensure the proper designs are implemented into production
- Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
- Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
- Collaborate with the research team to validate designs, concepts, user testing, concept testing and other required methodologies
- Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with Design Lead to understand stakeholder needs and directions and lead junior designers to implement these direction
**Qualifications**:
- Min.
2 years experience with education: D4 or Bachelor Degree with GPA > 3.0, from any major.
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Figma, Adobe PS and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiar with research, defining the problem, and design thinking process.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, layouts
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English both writing and verbally
- Deep understanding and ability to implement Human Centered - Design Thinking process
- Good story-telling ability to showcase design works and processes to the stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge about trends and various aspects of digital product design
