Product Design Lead - Health/Wellness Tech

**About the Company**:Our client democratizes access to Health and Wellness for all Indonesians from the ground up to make exercising friendly, affordable, and fun for new gym-goers and fitness enthusiasts alike.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and advocate for a team of designers and researchers.- Partnering with the Head of Product in setting out vision and roadmaps to scale and impact business.- Understand and advocate for impactful unique experiences across our markets, with an eye on localization.- Operationalize improvements in product design & development processes with scaling and flexibility in mind- Conduct and oversee the end-to-end research process from designing studies to providing product insights.- Structuring and analyzing surveys to evaluate the impacts of product changes and gather insights at scale.- Inform and participate in product decisions from definition to launch (and after).- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide data-driven and user-centered solutions.**Key Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX in at least one of our markets and 1+ years leading a team- Fluent in written and spoken English.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Think holistically and have the ability to zoom in and out, laterally and vertically.- Well-organized and detail-oriented.- Passionate about creating the best experience for users
