As a Product Designer on our Browsing Funnel team, your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves infusing a touch of magic into the user experience. You will be creating digital experiences to make browsing on Tokopedia an absolute delight. Your canvas includes the Home page, the Search platform, Navigation, and Personalization experience. Your creative solutions will guide our users seamlessly through the digital aisles of Tokopedia, ensuring they find what they're after without breaking a sweat"
**What You Will Do**
- Identify problems and generate design solutions aligned with the product vision and requirements
- Document your design journey meticulously, adhering to Tokopedia's standards
- Showcase design progress to cross-functional teams, sharing the captivating story behind your designs
- Collaborate closely with counterparts across Tokopedia, especially product managers, to enhance and innovate our product experience
- Team up with researchers to gather user insights, validate hypotheses, and craft effective design solutions
- Collaborate with UX Writers to ensure copywriting and content quality align with GoTo guidelines
- Work hand-in-hand with Interaction Designers and the Design System team to implement proper design components and patterns
**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related studies
- An impressive design portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as UX/UI Designer/Product Designer or similar roles.
- Excellent understanding of design processes and principles
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Invision, Principle, etc.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
- A knack for storytelling to effectively showcase design or user insights
