**About the role**
Product Designer in Pinhome operates within a product tribe/squad. This role works alongside a more experienced designer that will act as a facilitator in navigating uncertainties and making design decisions.
The responsibility of this role is to deliver design outputs such as user flow diagrams, wireframes, low to high-fidelity prototypes, and Usability Testing (UT) reports. This role is also expected to collaborate with the Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders within a product squad. The role should possess an effective communication skill on presenting the design to many stakeholders.
**What You Will Do**
- Work on the projects within a product squad to deliver the design outputs
- Plan and conduct usability testing to gather qualitative insights
- Collaborate with multiple roles & departments on defining, validating problems, generating ideas, formulating requirements, and analysing the impact of the design outputs
**What The Role Requires**
- Min. 1 year of working experience as designer, or a proven internship experience
- A design portfolio that highlights the thought process of each design output. The portfolio can be presented in the form of a website, a PDF document, presentation slides, or prototypes
- Proven ability to define the clear rationales behind the web and/or app product design
- Great problem-solving skills using qualitative and/or quantitative data on making decisions
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Growth mindset and execution excellence
**About the team**
Pinhome Product Designers & Researchers Team composes and designs the world-class platform in order to facilitate property transactions hassle-free between the users; the buyers, the property owners, the property agents, and other property intermediaries. The team comprehends and is equipped with the latest industry knowledge and the diverse user archetypes.
The team plays a significant role in the product development process. The constructive feedbacks from the business side and also the end-users are always taken into account as the team liaise with the engineers for the development feasibility forecasts.
The team is split into several squads, as each of the squad focuses on a specific type of user and pain points to solve. Each squad consists of several designers and a researcher that will work together alongside the product and engineering team.
