Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in
Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we
managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

**How did it all start?**
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Product Designer that will handle design for dedicated squad. This position will be working closely with the Product Owner and Researcher on the Squad. Direct report will be on the respective Lead Product Designer on the Tribe. Besides the ability to do end to end research independently, we are also expecting they could help the lead maintain other team members on the team.
**A Product Designer will be responsible for**:
- Deep dive into product briefs and brainstorm solutions with the team, guided by Lead and Senior.
- Understanding product requirements is key. You'll translate them into creative solutions and share your ideas with the team.
- Responsible for delivering high-quality solutions for features and product improvements within a well-defined scope. This includes defining end-to-end wireframes and wireflows for features using standard wireframing tools.
- Engage in user research activities like conducting surveys or observing usability testing sessions to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Documenting the entire design process for each feature is crucial. This includes research findings, brainstorming sessions, usability test results, and how the final design performs after launch.
- Actively participate in team discussions, occasionally present your work to colleagues, and potentially represent the team's progress. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure designs align perfectly with project goals.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals (design thinking, etc.).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Protopie and/or Adobe XD.
- Experience using basic analytics tools to understand user behavior and inform design decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly present design ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A passion for learning and adapting to new challenges, including emerging design trends and technologies.
- ** Bonus point if**:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the product design or creative industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, UX/UI, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working/contributing within a Design System team.
