Workmate wants to change that.We want to capture these workers on one platform that not only gives them full time employment at the click of a button, but also creates a history of their work, their experience, their performance so they get rewarded, paid fairly, get recognised for their work and stop having to worry about finding their next gig.But enough about us, let's talk about who you are:About the roleWe are looking for a Jakarta-based Senior Designer who is excited about designing valuable solutions for businesses and thousands of workers using the Workmate platform to find work and make a living.You will be responsible for hands on designing of the Workmate Mobile and Web app, and defining processes for researching users, ideation, shaping solutions, prototyping, and designing the user interfaces for our web platform and mobile apps.This position is full-time and located at our Indonesia office where you will be working closely as part of our Product team.**Responsibilities**:- You will work within a team of one other designer, working across two product squads. If your career growth plans include leading a bigger team, we might need your help building the team here.- Collaborate with Product Managers to strategise product plans, gather user requirements, test user flows.- Collaborate with designers, engineers and operations teams to increase standards of user experiences and our platform UI.- You will traverse the product design ladder. Speak with users, building wireframes for user testing, and delivering hi-fi prototypes to our engineering team.- Explore various solution sets to a design problem and evaluate the pros and cons.- Communicate user stories and user journeys to stakeholders, and how design solutions meet those user needs.Expectations- Proactive leadership.
