Product Designer Staff

Develop concepts and designs for high-end furniture and ergonomic products.Collaborate with the research and development team to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using industry-standard software and tools.Stay updated on design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to maintain the company's competitive edge.Conduct user research and testing to ensure the products meet ergonomic and user comfort standards.Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product presentations and marketing materials.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or relevant field.Proven experience 3 years in designing high-quality furniture and ergonomic products.Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a keen eye for detail.**Preferred Qualifications**:Experience working with luxury or high-end brands.Knowledge of sustainability practices in product design.Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.Willing to follow the On-site /Offline Recruitment Process in Head Office Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat
