Product Development (Cosmetic, Pkrt)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.- Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers and chief marketing officers).- Managing budgets and a team of junior assistants.- Organising events such as product launches.**REQUIREMENTS**- Have at least 2 years experience in the field of Product Development FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) and Cosmetics.- Having knowledge in the field of FMCG and Cosmetics.- Has sensitivity in the development of the Cosmetics field.- Have the ability to conduct Market Research, high creativity and FGD (Forum Group Discussion).- Strong problem solving skills.- Able to think out of the box.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Able to work in teams or individually.- Minimum S1 in all departments, preferably majoring in Pharmacy, Business Management, Product Design.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Dari Rp7.000.000 per bulanKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Tangerang: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)Pendidikan:- D1-D4 (Diwajibkan)Pengalaman:- Development Product FMCG / Cosmetics / PKRT: 2 tahun (Diwajibkan)
