**Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in various fields.- Minimum 1 year of experience in product development (fresh graduates are also welcome!)- Familiar with beauty industry.- Have strong analytical skills to evaluate ingredients and product formulations.- Creative and innovative in developing new formulas and improving existing products.- Have sensitivity to emerging trends and market needs in the beauty industry.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct a comparative study about competitor's product, hero ingredients, and packaging recommendations.- Create a new product launching concept through in-depth research based on the market trends.- Conduct product sample review and user panel test.- Engage internal and external end users to gather insight that informs product decisions.- Create product knowledge and guidelines for product launching.- Work with factories to create product samples, concept development, and other preparation to launch new product.**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per monthAbility to Commute:- Bogor (preferred)
