**About The Role**
This position is under the Private Label Department which will manage the development of Tentang Anak Private Label for digestible products and skin care. This person is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including planning, gathering, and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. This position also ensures the product supports the companys overall values, mission, and vision.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct research and development for new and on-demand product
- Work with external third parties to assess product development, partnership, and licensing opportunities (i.e Maklon, BPOM)
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Identifying market analysis of product
- Managing product development: timeline and financial projection (anything related to developing product, ex: sample fee, BPOM fee) marketing budget
- Strategy development for product positioning
(Authorities) What authority does this role have (financial and/or non-financial)?
- Negotiate and create partnership terms
- Propose a budget to develop the product
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university
- 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager/Brand Manager in the consumer goods industry
- Deep understanding of product research and development
- Demonstrated capability and related previous working experience in launching successful products in the market
- Technical background with experience in Product licensing management procedures (i.e BPOM Procedure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing and managing various types of digestible products or skincare
- Able to work in fast fast-paced industry
