**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Help Product Manager to planning and launching new top selling products for the mother and baby category
- Help Product Manager to deliver product focused on meeting the company requirements for quality, aesthetic and timelines for Indonesia and SouthEast Asia markets You'll be learning how to : Develop product strategy by observing market trends, competitors' products, competitors' activities and customer needs.
- Responsible for the product's strategy, including developing and maintaining the product roadmap and innovation initiative, to ensure the products fit and well accepted by the target consumers.
- Identify opportunities in terms of markets and product range to increase sales and business impact.
- Analyse and do market research along with the research team, prepare & develop product concept, pricing and promotions strategy.
- Work closely with customer insights team to test the products and translate market research insights into concrete products and ready for commercialization - Work with manufacturers to test product and bring to market readiness
- Developing a plan and working with all relevant departments to execute it.
- Analyse, review and evaluate sales data based on existing products with marketing indicator (4P)
- Maintaining inventory planning & management including regularly updating inventory
- Work with overseas team to deliver the products to SouthEast Asia markets
**Requirements**:
- S1 Fresh graduate from Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition or related field
- English Literate (speaking, writing, listening) is a must
- Data Driven, Good with numbers, Good communication skills(interpersonal) and negotiating skills
- Excellent abilities Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Has great interest in Pregnancy, Breastfeeding and Baby development topic
