**Responsibilities**
- Co-create life insurance product, collaborating with life insurance company;
- Create new initiative & strategic partnership with insurance company to generate new stream of revenue;
- Analyze & stay updated current trend in life insurance product in the market;
- Implementing workflow & process in core system;
- Able to do gap analysis between insurance workflow and broker workflow, and identify and propose work-around if needed
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with insurance company
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferable from Actuarial, Statistic or Business Major.
- Has AAIJ/ AAIK License and has working experience in Life Insurance Industry
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as Product Development, Product Implementation or Analyst Role in insurance or broker company.
- Have a deep knowledge in individual live insurance product, up to date with the latest industry growth;
- Strong commercial & business acumen within insurance industry;
- Able to demonstrate good presentation skill / delivering business pitchdeck, and/or business presentation;
- Demonstrate leadership ability, able to act in fast-paced & ambigous environment with minimum supervision;
- Basic data analysis & reporting
- Understand basic IT knowledge for insurance product development & implementation
