**Job Summary**:The Product Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from conceptualization to launch, in order to bring innovative and marketable products to the printing company's portfolio. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and introduction of new products. The Product Development Specialist will conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and refine product concepts that align with the company's goals and customer requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, planning, execution, and launch, for new and existing products.- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable product development strategies.- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative product concepts that meet customer needs and align with market demands.- Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, marketing, and sales, to gather input and ensure cross-functional alignment throughout the development process.- Define product requirements, specifications, and features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.- Conduct feasibility studies, prototype testing, and product evaluations to validate design concepts and make data-driven decisions.- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials, evaluate costs, and ensure quality standards are met.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and propose enhancements or modifications to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field.- Proven experience in product development, preferably within the printing industry or related fields.- Strong knowledge of product development methodologies, market research techniques, and consumer behavior.- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, conduct market analysis, and make data-driven decisions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate innovative product ideas and overcome challenges during the development process.- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards related to printing and production.- Knowledge of printing technologies, materials, and industry trends is preferred.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
