Product Development Manager - Zurich Topas Life

Job SummaryKeep abreast of functional plans to improve services or capabilities impacting customer experience, ensure that those improvements are designed with the customer in mind to create competitive advantage; engage other areas e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operation Legal and Compliance in those efforts as required. Work closely with Proposition Pricing Team, and Proposition Specialists to ensure the product calendar is delivered aligned with company objectives.- Job Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or Management Information- Minimum of 5 years or above relevant experience in the life insurance. Exposure in commercial package and group insurance product a plus.- Strong understanding in insurance product design including coverages and their dynamics with the pricing.- Experience in drafting product materials, and/or system implementation a plus.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities- Consolidates proposition plans with input from Proposition Managers and other stakeholders to develop and manage a multi-year pipeline of propositions.- Coordinates cross-functional efforts to refresh, upgrade, transfer or develop new propositions and launch them in the market.- Identifies winning proposition features or underlying approaches to build those features and leverage them across multiple geographies as applicable.- Drives post-launch proposition performance reviews.- Coordinates corrective actions in conjunction with Proposition Managers and Proposition Specialists.**You are the heart & soul of Zurich!**At Zurich, we like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
