Product Development Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:- Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on market trends.- Know about making cosmetics in terms of concept or implementation.- Involve in a new product development project.- Do a market analysis of the products.- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new products.- Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.Qualifications:- Have a minimum of three years of experience in product development, preferably in the personal care or cosmetics industry.- Passionate to be working in the beauty and health industry.- Good analytical thinking and initiative to take solutions.- Fluent in English.- Good in communication, and coordination across departments.- Good in computer: Microsoft Office, canva and other computer software.- Work well within a team and individually.
