This, in turn, will pave the way for a more productive and sustainable workplace.**Product Development Staff****Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree.- Good communication skills.- Highly self-motivated and target oriented.- Could work well independently and as a team.- Have professional work experience in Building Material Industry (e.g. as a Specifier or Sales/Marketing Staff) would be an advantage.**Main Job Description**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners, in order to:- Actively do market research related to current and emerging building materials.- Actively gather information about customer needs and preferences.- Provide a proactive and responsive support during product development process.- Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the product development team accordingly.- Prepare and deliver product & technical presentations; for external and internal purpose.- Train and support sales team on new product launches.- Managing reports and related administrative works.
