**Responsibilities**:
- The compliance and implementation of all requirements regarding quality, environment and safety within its
process
- The coordination and management of the change process
- Cost unit responsibility for changes, optimizations, etc.
- Drawing conformity for parts in series
- The technical development and ongoing optimization of the products
- The reduction in product and process costs
- The creation of product and process specifications
- The coordination of product-related changes to tools and parts
- Improve the product quality
- Secure the product reliability by balancing the cost
- Prepare technical Drawings for WH products
- Preparation Lessons learned in every phase in production
- Define the map and drive the fulfilment during ramp-up and volume production
- Identify and realize measures for improvement, test optimization and product cost-ability methods
- Perform and documents design-verification activities and volumetric analysis
- Drives design review initiatives for assembly to ensure smooth production processes
- Support the design, development, testing and validation of projects for compliance with quality standards
- Successfully led the manufacturing process through all stages, including prototype, pilot and production builds
- Provide analytical support for experimental pricing structures
- Overseeing the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders for process
efficiency
- Trained and support assemblers to implement new or redesigned product assemblies
- Use statistical tools to lead improvement within the sales and manufacturing teams
**Qualifications**:
- Technical education (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry
- Good knowledge of process preparation for wire harness products
- Good knowledge of machines (Schleuniger/Komax) for preparing modules for wire harness
- Knowledge in industrial electronics / pneumatics / hydraulics
- Knowledge in CAD programs AutoCAD / SolidWorks
- Knowledge in Strain measurement methodology for electronics industry
- Knowledge of automotive core tools (8D, IATF, VDA6.3, PPAP, APQP, etc.)
- Strong analytic work methodology and problem solving skills
- Handling MS office programs
- Analytical, conceptual and comprehensive thinking and acting skills
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Readiness for traveling
- Customer oriented and team player
- Strong Wire harnesses product knowledge
- Continuous improvement knowledge
