Job Description Develop and adhere to a comprehensive monthly and quarterly territory plan outlining sales objectives and identifying areas for improvement Achieve or surpass quarterly sales quotas within the designated area Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the assigned territory Articulate the unique value proposition of the therapy effectively to customers Assess, train, and cultivate accounts to integrate the therapy into their clinical practice Share insights on market conditions and propose enhancements to the commercial process Collaborate with Clinical Medical Affairs to deliver exceptional clinical and training support Foster and nurture relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the defined region Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to prioritize and engage with target customers Work in partnership with Customer Service to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction Ensure timely completion and submission of all required sales reporting documentation Provide assistance in addressing product complaints and safety concerns Adhere proactively to organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements Uphold a professional and credible image when interacting with physicians, suppliers, and colleagues Obtain and maintain necessary credentials for access to medical facilities Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities as needed Contribute positively to the company's collaborative, respectful, and high-achieving culture The Successful Applicant Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Minimum of 2 years sales experience Thorough knowledge of the product of Interventional and Vascular Strong relationship with field specialty doctors Experience in the Operating room or Cath-lab Result oriented, independent and self driven What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits Performance based bonus International career progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
