Product Executive

Merchandiser for dedicated Beauty Brand, Responsible to process the approved purchase on monthly basis and providing merchandising information (purchase plan, retail price, arrival timeline, stocks, etc)
- Provides brands performance reports based on Sales, Purchases, and Inventory, and Data Analysis
- Responsible for inventory management and engages with Operation to ensure faster turnover and healthy inventories
- Prepare and process all the necessary master data, documents, or actions related to the PPM's SAP administration, as well as support for the development of Business Intelligence's data warehouse & reporting
- Facilitator for stock requests from other departments, coordinates with finance on related financial data, and IT on any system-related matter

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management/Economic/Finance from reputable university
- At least 1 year experience as product planning and/or merchandising
- Fluent in English both verbal & written
- Willing to work in flexible schedule
- Highly motivated
- Understanding data analysis and forecasting models
- Excellent on Ms. Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Understanding SAP
- Excellent in analytical & conceptual thinking, and problem solving
- Efficient and able to meet deadline, organize, and multi-tasking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
