Primary Purpose
- Implement a marketing and sales strategy for assigned company products & services to meet established sales or market share targets.
- Initiate sales execution plan, identify market growth opportunities of therapy business, and build strong network and rapport with Key Opinion Leaders on the assigned company product and services.
Key Accountabilities
- Marketing and sales support and training (up to 30% travel activity or higher) in the assigned product area.
- Personal responsibility for developing and implementing strategies, plans and decision-making basis.
- Development of new product ideas, product variants and product improvements.
- Cost control in R & D projects in the assigned product area and close monitoring of R & D projects in the assigned product area.
- Implementation, testing and support for new products and their variations in the market; product lifecycle management and quality management in the assigned product area.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of market trends, trade shows, conferences and the internet.
- Conceptual development of strategic therapy approaches to, e.g. Home, Critical Care.
- Preparation of detailed competitor analysis and product comparisons.
- Establishment and coordination of sales support materials (brochures, literature collections, training materials for international / national sales and marketing organizations, training videos, etc.) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- On-site product management support for Indonesia.
- Training of sales force for selling products and sales and marketing strategies.
- Planning and implementation of product training and information events for back office staff.
- Planning and execution of presentations and product demonstrations in the context of inter / national events (congresses, seminars, workshops for doctors / nurses, etc.)
- Supporting the planning and realization of congresses and symposia (exhibition stand design and equipment planning, development of exhibition concepts, panels and folding stands)
- Budget planning for marketing activities and production quantities for own product range.
- Analyze and interpret IRR patient statistics in comparison to sales statistics.
- Participation in projects / subproject management.
B. Additional tasks
- Support for the processing of national tender.
- Knowledgeable response to international correspondence (e.g vertical team, other affiliates) within the responsibility of assigned products.
- Use of software tools to support marketing and sales activities.
- Ongoing maintenance of assigned products on the intranet or FME Indonesia websites.

- Obey the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organization
