**What you'll do**
Under supervision of Brand Manager, assist with development of marketing plans, may include distribution channel solutions (digital, social media, inside sales), sales activities, and promotional materials for specific product or therapeutic area. Assists with budget development. Works closely with sales force to provide needed materials.
The job responsibilities includes:
- Coordinate with Distribution department for allocation of products.
- Planning and Design promotional material/ tools to support the sales/ marketing objectives with cost effectiveness, supporting brand management strategies.
- Responsible for new product launching in different areas.
- Joint field work with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building.
- Monitor campaigns for sales promotion.
- Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.
- Assist / develop Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Operational Plan.
**Essential for the role**
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Biosciences, Medical, or Pharmacy.
- Ability to manage medium sized projects.
- Ability to collaborate and influence teams.
- Very detail oriented, can manage documentation and approval process accurately and in accordance with relevant regulation/ compliance policy.
- Good English, both in speaking/writing
- Data management, relevant computer skills.
