Product Innovation Supervisor (Cikupa)

Responsible for developing end-to-end food innovation to expand Re.juve food menu portfolio and ensure compliance with all regulations to support business goals.

Responsible for food production planning and execution (prototyping & scale-up) internally or with 3rd party facility vendors.

Develop and update product lists and inventories,including recipes.

Conduct risk assessments and oversee food safety production programs.

Obtaining insights to have a better understanding of trends & customer needs to initiate the creation of new food products.

Assist in BPOM and Halal registration for food products.

Managing project timelines, highlighting and mitigating project risks as well as assisting with quality testing of new & current products.

Keeping track of all the costs related to the creation of new products and deciding which ideas are worth pursuing.

Monitoring the purchasing, ordering, and tracking of food products.

min. 3 years of working experience in the related fields (Sous Chef Level)

Knowledge of menu development, food safety, and sanitation procedures

Excellence in time management, organization, and customer relations

Experience working in a restaurant kitchen and knowledge of different cuisines.

Have market research skills to track food trends and analyze customer data

Have creative skills to come up with new and innovative menu ideas
