Product Lead - Payment Solutions

As Product Lead for the Platform tribe you will mainly lead the Payment Solutions product efforts, however may also be required to assist in leading other product efforts within the tribe, such as Payments, Finance and Profile & Integration. The role has a direct impact to the business as we focus on resolving business problems, remove blockers by leveraging product strategies.The span of work covers the following but not limited to: development and execution of product roadmap that directly resolve high priority business problems through collaboration with business stakeholders, including finance, operations, sales, marketing and legal. The role will also require sourcing and managing third party solutions whenever needed.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of product management & product leadership experience- Experience in managing a team of Product Managers (>5 PMs)- Experience in growing teams**Bonus Points**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Economics / other relevant fields- Masters degree from reputable institution- Fluent/native Bahasa Indonesia speaker- Previous management consulting experience
