Location: ID - BogorGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Bon Jovi SindaySponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: NoJob Responsibilities:- Development, improvement and maintenance of quality-related documentation (ex: control plan, FMEA, process capability studies).- Support Product industrialization and continuous improvement of product specification.- Drive process capability improvement activities; drive KPI performance.- Drive and improve customer satisfaction of products and services through contact with internal customers, layered audits.- Assist in technical issues through scientific problem solving activities within the borders/guidelines of QUALITY standards and process.Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology- 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment- Experience in a Union environment- Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Plant Optimization / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment- Understanding of statistical analysis- Strong customer focus, both internal and external- Solid background in scheduling, quality, safety and project management- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)- Strong Problem solving skills and mentality- Courageous and willing to make decisions- Collaborative style and ability to influence- Open minded, pro-active and able to drive change- High sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities- Strong communication skills (written and oral)- Demonstrated financial and business acumen- Fluent in English
