Job Responsibilities:

- Development, improvement and maintenance of quality-related documentation (ex: control plan, FMEA, process capability studies).
- Support Product industrialization and continuous improvement of product specification.
- Drive process capability improvement activities; drive KPI performance.
- Drive and improve customer satisfaction of products and services through contact with internal customers, layered audits.
- Assist in technical issues through scientific problem solving activities within the borders/guidelines of QUALITY standards and process.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology
- 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a Union environment
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Plant Optimization / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
- Understanding of statistical analysis
- Strong customer focus, both internal and external
- Solid background in scheduling, quality, safety and project management
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)
- Strong Problem solving skills and mentality
- Courageous and willing to make decisions
- Collaborative style and ability to influence
- Open minded, pro-active and able to drive change
