- Product Management in General
Managing External Stakeholder (SCB) & Internal Stakeholder (Product Design, Pricing, implementation, Sales Team, Trainer, Marketing Team) in relation to product/fund related items. Managing end-to-end product development process which cater below areas:
- Product Innovation
- Involving in the process of creating new products/funds or improving existing products to meet customer needs as well as Bank's Strategy in new ways.
- This also including negotiation with internal team to provide best product proposition for customer as well as competitive with the market.
- Product Benchmarking
- Regular product mapping & market benchmarking to understand the current product gap as well as trend in the market to ensure our product offerings are competitive.
- Product Approval
- Lead the negotiation with bank partner on new product proposal (term sheet) including commission, marketing allowance, etc.
- Preparing necessary documents for Bank's group approval.
- Responsible for handling queries from Bank's group as part of product approval process.
- Product Marketing & Training
- Conducting kick off with training team, marketing team, PD Support to prepare necessary documents to support new product launch.
- Closely working with training team to provide the storyline for the training material, playbook, sales pitch, handling objection
- Closely working with marketing team to provide one pager, flyer, FAQ in relation to new product launching
- Supporting training to FSCs & Branches as SME.
- Product Documentation Review
- Reviewing supporting documents related to products such as product agreement, draft content of product brochure, marketing name, and other documentation needed.
- Reviewing product specs, product term sheet, product agreement, product brochure, product summary, and other collaterals.
- Responsible for minutes of meeting & follow through the action items of the meeting.
- Roll-Out Planning
- Prepare the roll-out planning, involving training schedule, marketing activities, program.
- Project monitoring
- Monitoring the project, involving OJK & PCA Approval, System Development, etc.
- Escalating issues which impacting to launching date.
- Product Performance Monitoring
- Continuously evaluate the performance of new product launching, understand the key success story, hassle, and other insight from sales team.
- Product Planning
- Lead & prepare yearly product workshop with Bank partner. Lead the discussion with internal team & bank partner for yearly product planning, with incorporating product mapping & market benchmarking. Liaise with the account head on providing business projection & strategy for yearly product planning. Prepare product updates for regular meetings with bank, including for steerco meeting.
- Ad-Hoc Project
Handling Projects in relation with Products, Operation, and Regulation with detail as follow:
- Develop communication plan to Internal Account Team & Bank Partners.
- Develop the timeline for project implementation.
- Assess the risk of project implementation & develop risk mitigation.
- Monitoring project implementation progress and actively updates the related team about the project progress.
- Conducting socialization to PD Internal team about project implementation.
- Developing the FAQ for project implementation (if needed).
