- The Payment team, best known for their flagship product: ShopeePay, aims to develop a mature, world-class payment platform connecting individuals and businesses within Shopee ecosystem. Beyond ShopeePay, the Team also connects with a large number of local financial institutions to serve billions of Shopee and SeaMoney users across the different markets.
- Together, we aim to reach the forefront of cashless payment technology by providing a more accessible, secure and reliable payment network that empowers individuals as well as micro, small and medium enterprises around the globe.
- Define and drive product strategy by building product roadmap to achieve product goals
- Build product solutions for both internal and external end-users
- Initiate, analyse, propose, and launch new product ideas (product development)
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product requirement documents
- Analyse product performance and identify opportunities to improve existing products
- Oversee and work closely with business teams to support product launches and go-to-market plan
- Conduct market intelligence to maintain competitiveness and profitability of product offering
- Work closely with Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Designer on feature and UI/UX implementations
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management role
- Good communication in both spoken and written forms to facilitate discussion between stakeholders
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirit
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-function teams
- Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in a dynamic environment
