Under Group Product Manager/ Business Unit (BU) Head supervision, in coordination with regional and global marketing and sales, responsible for design, development, and execution of all marketing related strategy, objectives and activities including product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle. Support and work closely with Business Management and Sales team to achieve division and company's goals and objectives.**Duties and responsibilities**:- Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic/marketing planning to campaign planning, tactical actitivites and inventory management/forecasting. Work with Supply Chain to effectively manage product inventory, minimizing short expiry stocks and out of stock situation. Develop budget and revenue forecasts for new and existing products.- Continually strive for building better competitive advantage for the current and future business; build an in-depth knowledge of customer, competitor and market.- Actively influence the identification/ development of new product opportunities, based on market's needs in the area of responsibility.- Communication of the product strategy to Commercial Team and monitoring of the implementation.- Manage the entire product life-cycle, price fitness and product road map (current and next 5 years) to ensure growth sustainability of the business unit.- Execute effective product complain management.- Responsible for meeting allocated sales, expenses, and margin for the responsible product line.- Discount and sponsorship must oblige to company policy.- Responsible for allocated budget, expense, margin in their area responsibility.**Professional competencies**:- University or Masters Degree in Natural Science, Marketing or Business- 2-5 years of experience in pharma/medical devices, with preferred experience in MNC- 1-2 years of people leadership experience preferred**Personal competencies**:- Good interpersonal and communication skill to develop sustainable relationship with relevant stakeholder.- Must be a team player, able to work in a matrix organization (influencing without line authority).- Proven skill in self-motivated and persuade people with different backgrounds and skill level, able to manage conflict management.- Personal integrity and communicating openly to peers/superior.- Able to think creatively for strategic thinking.**What we offer**: Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
