Product Manager Crm

**Job Descriptions**
- Develop and drive Digital Products strategies with company vision
- Manage the product management team to keep improving products to maximize customers satisfaction and quickly be adjusted with market movement
- Coordinate any collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve product growth
- Seek product ideas, gather requirements, and insights from the customer's viewpoint
- Create required technical documentation mainly product backlog
- Determining spesifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans or product introduction
- Make sure the product is suitable, useful and usable for user and company profitable to business
- Research and analyze market, the users, and roadmap for the product
- Responsible for leading and managing a team

**Requirements**:

- More than 3 years of experience working product management team, as Product Manager
- Experience about CRM
- Deep understanding of the agile method and cloud platform
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skill to achieve product growth
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
