Product Manager - Enterprise Solution

**Description**:
**What Will You Do**
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details on short-medium-long term product goals for all stakeholders
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
- Launch product improvements on a regular basis, including improving the customer conversion funnel
- Measure key metrics that inform the success of products and our customer business
- Deliver a solid process optimization and working hours reduction through technology
- Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress
- Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on the priority and effort needed.

**What Will You Need**
- At least 3 years of experience handling product/experience in a Product Management role
- Understanding of product management and also project management
- Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress
- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances
- Have experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
