Product Manager (Fashion / Garment Industry)

Gathering customers' requirements in domestic as well as international.
- Assessing market demands
- Ideating, sourcing and planning winning products
- Defining product strategy and working closely with Brand Manager to create brand identity
- Capable of building up a solid team, resources allocation and creating realistic budgeting
- Drawing up product road map and create marketing plan
- Aligning product development with business goals
- Creating pilot programs to run prototype and assess outcomes.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university
- Have min. 3 years of experience in the same / related field
- Demonstrate experience launching successful products in the past 3 years
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and capable of managing tight deadlines
- Possess merchandising background handling the relevant products that will be on company's expansion plan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having strong desire to learn and believe that learning is always continuous process
- Mastering second languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean will be a plus.

**Salary**: Rp17,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Fashion/Garment industries: 3 years (preferred)
