Qualification:- Education & Experience min Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field- Min 5 years of working experience in Product Marketing- Possess strong knowledge on Marketing- Understand and being able to develop Product Strategic Planning- Attention to detail- High level of English fluency in both written and verbal- Mastering Microsoft Office especially; Power Point Presentation, Microsoft Excel- Strong analytical thinking and logical approach to problem solving- Strong time and project management**Job Description**:1. Manage product portfolio & SKU2. Analyze existing portfolio productivity and seek for enhancement of its productivity3. To rationalize nonproductive SKUs, especially the Shopper Catalog in order to meet 80:20guidance provided by Regional4. Looking for new products development opportunities, especially Shoppers Catalog Productsthat can support the Core Line5. Prepare business cases to support new products introduction and/or launch as well asenhancement of existing portfolio6. Develop and implement product launch plan in order to make sure the product will meet itstarget during its lifetime by working together with other department to seek opportunities tomaximize the sale7. Control and Manage budget, sales, revenue and expenditure of its product categories8. Responsible for setting up Product Pricing Policy in order to keep price competitiveness of theproducts as well as maximize the margin9. Develop product supporting collaterals and/or literatures that include product key messageand key training materials in order to ensure Training Dept., Sales Dept., and ABOs are fullyequipped with sufficient product information10. Together with Communication Dept. develop communication plan that clearly focus and comewith strong messaging and consistently deliver all across communication channel11. Develop Product Promotions Plan12. Coordinate with other concerned / related Department for the purpose of flawlessimplementation of Product Strategy
