Since 2019, we have committed to making a difference through the power of technology for both our clients' projects and blue collar workers.We aim to solve quality labor shortages by democratizing access to blue collar workforces without boundaries, while also providing our clients with peace of mind through our excellent services.**Job Description**:- Lead the product development process, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.- Define product vision, strategy, and goals, and effectively communicate them to the team and stakeholders.- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes as well as the delivery through effective communication and prioritization- Work together with the design team to come up with the best UI/UX possible with certain constraints in consideration (either legal, timeline, etc)- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirement- Collaborate with the engineering team to establish development timelines, manage sprints, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.- Monitor the project from inception to delivery, while guiding teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.- Able to understand complex processes, identify the right issue and solution, and deal with ambiguity- Act as the product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, both internal and external**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Design, or other technical fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, MBA is a plus- Proven work experience in Product Management or as an Associate Product Manager for 2-3 years- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with an aptitude for solving complex problems- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.- Proficient in English- Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience working in an iterative development environment is a plus- Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and experience with prototyping tools is a plus- Able to do hybrid working arrangement, will be located in Jakarta
