**Job Description**:
- Lead the product development process, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Define product vision, strategy, and goals, and effectively communicate them to the team and stakeholders.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes as well as the delivery through effective communication and prioritization
- Work together with the design team to come up with the best UI/UX possible with certain constraints in consideration (either legal, timeline, etc)
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirement
- Collaborate with the engineering team to establish development timelines, manage sprints, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Monitor the project from inception to delivery, while guiding teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Able to understand complex processes, identify the right issue and solution, and deal with ambiguity
- Act as the product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, both internal and external
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience in Product Management or as an Associate Product Manager for 2-3 years
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with an aptitude for solving complex problems
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
- Proficient in English
- Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Design, or other technical fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, MBA is a plus
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience working in an iterative development environment is a plus
- Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and experience with prototyping tools is a plus
