Product Manager

Role:
Overseeing and managing the lifecycle of heavy machinery products, from concept development to launch and ongoing product management. This role is responsible for understanding market needs, defining product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

Details of responsibilities:

- Perform market research and analysis to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competition.
- Formulate and communicate the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap by leveraging market insights and aligning them with business goals.
- Manage the entire product development process, from idea generation to commercialization.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation of heavy machinery products.
- Plan and execute product launch activities.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback post-launch, making necessary adjustments to drive product success.
- Drive product improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Good English language skill (Mandarin will be a plus point).
- Previous experience in product management, product development, or a related role within the heavy machinery industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in conducting market research.
