**Summary**:
- Responsible to develop and manage the marketing program for the successful introduction and commercialization of the MPT and Pharma portfolios in Indonesia. This includes developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for the Segments. Close collaboration and communication with distributors and also internal parties such as Supply chain, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Legal expected. Primary focus is on the day-to-day management of the assigned portfolio, including programs, promotional materials, tracking and managing competitive activity with close collaborations with distributors. Make recommendations regarding new product inclusions into the current product pipeline.
- Managing distributor relationship is critical.
- Main Therapeutic areas: Medical Products & Therapies & Pharma (currently Nutrition, Anesthesia & Oncology).
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for developing yearly strategic marketing plan & programs on assigned products for Indonesia market to achieve annual sales target.
- Manage Distributors to execute strategic marketing plan within the approved operating expense level & measurable outcome/KPI, identify & develop key accounts to support market expansion, provide support in account level to better utilize sales aids and medical publications, ensure operational excellence such as new leads/project management, order & inventory management, customer satisfaction & complaint handling.
- Prepare materials for product brochure production, sales presentation, sales data analysis and forecasting.
- Assist Manager in analyzing competitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for Baxter Indonesia.
- Build a strong network and rapport with key opinion leaders within the relevant therapeutic areas.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.
- Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent, MBA desirable.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in relevant industry.
- Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function.
- Experience in one of the main therapeutic area (i.e. Nutrition or Anesthesia).
- Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans.
- Leadership skills to drive executional excellence.
- Strong KOL management skills.
- Able to work with cross functional team to drive results.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skill and a team player.
- Motivated to drive for results.
- Execution excellence to drive marketing activities and support sales execution.
