Job Description
Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the product line, aligning with the company's goals and market needs.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to understand their needs and pain points. Translate customer insights into product features and improvements.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates the vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders. Ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet product milestones.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements. Write clear and detailed product specifications for the development team.
Plan and execute product launches. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and materials.
Monitor product performance against key metrics. Iterate and optimize products based on data-driven insights.
Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management (SaaS B2B Product)
Knowledge of business process outsourcing, collection management, omni channels communication channels (Whatsapp Business, Telephony CTI, SMS API).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with experience in agile development methodologies.
