Job Description Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and positioning.Define clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics. Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, collaborating with design, engineering, and other departments.Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to ensure that product positioning and messaging are aligned with customer needs.Manage communication between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, partners). Customer Focus and Market Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new features.Define target customer segments and develop go-to-market strategies tailored to those segments.Ensure that the product addresses customer pain points and delivers value to the user base. Product Launch and Marketing: Support the development and execution of product launch plans in collaboration with marketing teams.Provide sales teams with necessary training and materials to ensure successful product adoption and sales. Requirement Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.A Masters degree (MBA) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in tech or consumer products.Proven experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and optimization.Experience working in agile development environments is an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
