About the Role

On a day to day basis, our state-of-the-art speech products need to be delivered to our customers with the maximum speed as APIs, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, IoT hardware, or any possible medium we can think of.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct multiple research to identify user problems, and then define product solutions based on a strong understanding of both end user's and internal user's needs.
- Drive product vision and prioritize the roadmap for the product that we are developing.
- Create epic, user story, and Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with clarity on objectives and execution details
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand and streamlining business requirements and success metrics for the product development.
- Identify, measure, and monitor product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand user needs.
- Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on priority and effort needed.
Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Preferably has 1 year of product management experience, fresh graduates with PRD portfolio from bootcamp course are welcome.
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal.
- Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills.
- Proactive to making things happen and critical in ensuring progress.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Have the experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Manage the team and project timeline to ensure timely delivery.
- Having experience in handling AI-related products is a strong plus.
