Product Manager Lead

**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's business goals
- Lead a team of Product Managers, providing mentoring, guidance, and career development
- Collaborate closely with various teams - Engineering, Design, Marketing, Business, and Customer Support - to deliver products that resonate with our users and align with our market strategy
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results, to all stakeholders - both internal and external
- Drive product discovery, research, and validation processes while working closely with UX/UI teams
- Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s)
- Identify key metrics to track product performance and customer engagement
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features/ initiatives based on business and customer impact

**What This Role Needs**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with product management software (such as JIRA, Figma, Confluence) and analytics tools (like Google Analytics)
- Experience in managing products in Digital Goods and Physical Goods is a plus
