Our client is a lending company with a strong presence in Indonesia is currently looking for Product Manager to lead end to end product development
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and own the product development and profitability from formulating requirement, managing stakeholder, projecting revenue sizing to rolling-out strategies
- Run product experiments based on logical and data-driven hypothesis to quickly eliminate ideas in finding scalable growth opportunities
- Identify levers to improve funnel conversions with end-to-end scope (acquisitions, disbursement, repayments) for different segments of users
- Work together with internal stakeholders including (but not limited to) Business Development, Marketing, Revenue Management, Credit Risk, Fraud, Legal, Engineering, and design in order to have the best output on the product
- Work with external stakeholders i.e. merchants, bank partners and other third-party vendors
- Ensure the detailed product and business requirements are properly documented for Engineering to work on building the best product with minimum back and forth questions because the documents you create have minimum ambiguity.
- Create a seamless user journey requirement so that the product will have the best conversion and as the end result, creating healthy GBV as the topline
- Own product and business metrics & growth such as GBV, Contribution Profit, Risk Loss and create healthy unit economics
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or any technical fields
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management roles
- Have experience in backlog/initiatives prioritization and the capability to decide trade-offs
- Have experience working in financial services/lending domain
- Have experience managing external partners and/or merchants i.e. banks
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Have a can do, collaborative, and positive attitude despite any challenge and bottleneck or any kind of situation
