Product Manager - Personalization

**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Manage personalization on campaign products in Tokopedia
- Initiate and improve the inspirational logic algorithm to provide inspirational recommendations based on buyer behavior
- Manage the UI/UX development related to the personalization widget in backfunnel (inbox, thank you page, reward page)
- Initiate and improve 'more buying choice' recommendations to provide more product selection based on the benefit that buyers considered the most in each category

**What You Will Need**
- Min experience 1 year in product management or have business & data analysis background from the previous company (tech company background is a plus)
- Strong data sense, and decision-making based on the data. Knowing basic performance terms in digital products such as CVR and CTR
- Great communication skills, love to collaborate with people
- 'Make it happen and make it better' spirit
- Great writing skills (experienced in writing PRD is a big plus)
- Ability to learn fast and execute fast
- Tactical & logical thinking is a must
