**Job Description Summary**: The role will focus on leading the Primary Care (PC), Ultrasound products and develop the business for Indonesia. The role may work individually at an account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team. This role is responsible for supporting customer relationship and product sales for PC products, and to support PC business for product and sales and able to drive more proactive customer engagement for product positioning, technical presentation, value proposition and post-sales customer engagement with better coordinate and manage the experience for our customers throughout the life cycle of their GE products.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support in driving sales of Primary Care, Ultrasound portfolio in Indonesia.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product portfolio, markets, and competitions to drive effective executions of business strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital and strategic accounts in order to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue.
- Work with channel partners on programs and activities to grow the Primary Care, Ultrasound business.
- Conduct training to channel partner's sales teams to equip them with required knowledge of Primary Care, Ultrasound portfolio to effectively carry out their sales responsibilities.
- Develop and work with KOLs in targeted care segments to expand educational events.
- Deliver quarterly & annual orders and sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to lead and execute localization projects in Indonesia.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or MSc or Master's degree in Marketing, Medical, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
- At least 5+ years' experience in product marketing, product development or related field
- Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management
- Strong analytical and process skills
- Strong project management skills
- Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work globally
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to regional sales meetings and tradeshows
- Local language, fluent English, and additional languages are an advantage.
