**Services and Sales Platform** Team. As a key player in our customer excellence directorate, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our CRM platform for ticketing and sales systems. If you're excited about leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize customer service and complaint management, this role is for you!
**What You Will Do**
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve metrics expectation
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear objectives and execution details, including details on short-long term product goals
- Translate between business to technical requirements or needs
- Define and track the success/key metrics of every initiative
- Able to find the root cause and analyze every problem and come out with a concrete solution
- Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress
- Work closely and drive collaboration with a cross-functional team (engineers, designers, and business) in delivering product excellence
- Supervise product publication (internal/external users) to raise awareness and product usage
- Manage and distribute workload to team members while maintaining team performance
**What You Will Need**
- At least 3 years of experience in product management roles.
- Basic to advance knowledge of data product management tools and a solid understanding of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence
- Problem-solving skills with clear structure and analytical thinking.
- Analytical and data-driven nature - you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every project.
- Possess good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. English and Bahasa
- Independent individual, curious in mind, and proactive to make things happen.
- Background in computer engineering/business management/research is highly desired.
