Product Manager - Shop Services

**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Own navigation, content, promotion, and credibility components of the seller's virtual shop page in Tokopedia
- Create clarity on the product requirements, roadmap, and plan
- Work with stakeholders to deliver success across the customers (buyers and sellers), product, and business
- Work with customers to understand their pain points and make them successful
- Foster a culture of experimentation and collaboration.

**What You Will Need**
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated ability to move and iterate rapidly
- Experience with driving alignment across functions
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively, influencing others positively, and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with agile software product development methodologies and a track record of making data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated growth mindset that includes a willingness to learn, an inclination to seek diverse viewpoints, and a knack for asking questions that bring out the best in colleagues.
